Yesterday miss. Martindale put us in to home groups for our topic work. We each had to choose a different religion to go and become experts about. Because our topic is splash we had to find out how water was important in each of the religions. Also more stuff about that religion like how many gods they had and lots more and like where they worship. It was fun to become experts. Today we went back to our home groups and did a presentation .Our religions that we researched were Sikhism,Islam,Judaism ,Christianity and Hinduism. Now we know some information about all of these religions.

I really enjoyed todays lesson and I researched about Islam. This is what I know:
Muslims gods name is Allah. Every muslim should take at least 1 trip in there life to there holiest city Hajj. Before a muslim enters a mosque they have to wash there arms, head,ears,hands and lastly feet. When a new child is entering there new home as soon as possible they have to wash him or her. Muslims holy book is called the qur’an. I
I hope my home group have learnt quite alot from what I have said and it was really intresting learning about Islam.

The first day when we did RE i worked my socks off because we where doing sikh and kyle wore my bangle and the secomd day it was more ok because then we had all the info so we could talk about it 😉
i learnt alot about the judasium religion. 😉
