On Monday 25th September, 4S and 4D visited Lunt Roman Fort. We had an amazing time learning about the life of a Roman soldier. Here’s a link to the website:

Evidence inside the Horreum / Granary section which included a model of what the fort would have looked like when it was built originally.
Sin, dex, sin, dex, sin, dex !!! Can you explain what these words mean, what they were short for and when you would use them?
I really enjoyed the trip. Wasn’t it fun when we learnt how to fight like Roman soldiers?
What a fantabulous time we had! It was the best day of our year 4 lives!
