How prophet Muhammed (PBUH) is important to muslims?
Muslims belive that Islam is a faith that has always existed and that it was gradually reveled to humanity by a number of Prophets, but the final and complete revelation of the faith was made through the Prophet Muhammed (PBUH) in the 7th century.
Muhammed (PBUH) was born in Mecca in Saudia Arabia. The tranditional story of the quran tells how one night he was medicating in a cave on the mountain when he was visited by the angel Jibreel who ordered him to recite.
Unfortunatley Muhammed (PBUH) has died and his grave is in Saudia Rabia in Mecca.
