Today we learnt about primary and secondary resources.  We looked at a range of resources to understand how we use them to research and which sources of information are best.

What did you learn today?

In Dance we have been learning about emotions and how they are portrayed with our bodies.  We have been studying silent movies to learn how feelings are shown through a character’s actions.

In Literacy we made Anderson shelters for our WW2 writing.  In a group we made our shelters by sellotaping black paper onto the table so inside it looked pitch black . We played music with bombs dropping , sirens and steam trains.

How would you feel if you were in a Anderson shelter with 50 strangers?

 

Today in numeracey we worked in partners to measure accuratley  you could either measure with a ruler, meter stick or milli meter stick. We had to find the difference by reading the scale to find the two numbers for the length.

Can you do a challenge for me? Can you measure an object by putting it on a scale and working out the length by finding the difference.  It is quite tricky!

This game helps you to learn how to weigh in a fun way!  I recommend this game to the school so you can learn and have fun. I have been on this game and it taken my maths to a new level. You must try this but can you get to the really hard level. I bet you can if you try, Tell me what you think by writing a comment.

The game called shooting cars is the best because you get to create your car. I like to play on my x-box 360 connect because there are lots of games. I like to play boxing because I always win and I like karate because you learn new moves.ps3 is the best play station because it is wireless.
