Counterbalancing
Last half term we did gymnastics in indoor PE. We have learned how to balance, counter-balance and use changes in shape, level and direction. We have incorporated this into our routines.
Welcome to Year 4's blog page!
What do you think people should know about life in Year 4 at Bearwood Primary?
You might want to tell them about some of the activities and topics we have done this year.
CLC Extreme weather project at the CLC.
For the new term, Y4 have started a new topic called Lights, camera, action. We will be making an animation about bullying later in the term. So to begin this spectacular topic we have gone to the CLC (city learning centre) to make a documentary about severe weather.
Before going to the CLC we had to do some research. Each group picked a different type of weather and prepared an excellent play script for the documentary. We worked so hard that we could become an expert. To our advantage we also got to use some cutting-edge technology like a green-screen.
After all the research we finally got to go to the CLC. Consequently we filmed our magnificent documentary. Meanwhile the rest of the group started producing an E-book about the severe weather of our choice. So when the hard work ended we finally watched each others mind blowing documentary. Now you can also watch some of our ground breaking videos on the blog.
