Today 2M thought it would be a good idea and pretend to be Thomas Farrnier. We made the most delicious bread. Yummy !

In teams of 3, 2M worked as roof builders, carpenters and architects to create Tudor houses. More pictures to follow !

Thank you to White Watch for their visit today. We learnt lots of information about staying safe and what to do if there is a fire.

2M would like to thank parents and careers who attended their workshop. They had a great morning making masks.

We had a lovely time despite the weather. The children enjoyed donkey rides, ice-creams, playing on the sand and exploring the Grand Pier. Before getting back on the coach the children were able to buy souvenirs from the gift shop.

Thank you to all the parents who attended ‘Come, dine with me’.  We all had a great time and the children really enjoyed making all the food and sharing it with parents.

2M really enjoyed Professor McGinty’s visit to our school. They loved learning about the Victorians and how they lived, compared to how we live today.

Today 2M went over to Calthorpe Haven to burn their houses which they had made.  They saw how quickly they burnt being close together just like the houses in the Great Fire of London.
