Our topic is all about time travel.  When we came in from PE we found a suitcase. In the suitcase there was a letter, birth certificate, old photographs, some coins and a pair of glasses.   We also got a picture of a mysterious man and his name was Henry Ford.   He made Ford cars and changed the way they were built.  During the lesson  Miss Beasley was talking and suddenly a video came on the board. It was about Henry Ford.

 Another famous person we have learnt about is Thomas Edison.  He is famous  for inventing the light bulb.

This week we have been looking at Florence Nightingale and she is  famous for helping injured soldiers in the  Crimean War.   She wanted hospitals to be clean, tidy and safe because they were dirty and full of disease.
