We had so much fun at family forest this afternoon and it was fantastic that so many families could join us.

We are really enjoying Healthy Living Week in Reception.

So far we have enjoyed a range of activities including, making a healthy fruit salad, making our own play-dough fruits, drawing and writing about healthy eating and talking about how to eat well and stay healthy.

Thank you to all parents who attended our parent craft workshop this morning. You all made some wonderful mini beasts with your children and it was lovely to see everyone learning and working together.

Today we had a lot of fun making our own play dough.

We added all the ingredients we needed, we mixed and stirred, squeezed and squashed.

We loved our dough so much we took it home to play with!

We have really enjoyed our half term topic, looking at winter. Over the last few weeks we have celebrated Christmas, explored snow and ice and made some fantastic winter themed artwork.
