On Friday 2nd December, Year 1 went to the Midlands Arts Centre and watched the amazing play, ‘The Bear’ which was based on the story by Raymond Briggs. It was a completely magical experience!

On Tuesday 27th September, Year 1 went to Dudley Zoo and Castle. There were so many amazing animals there and we learned so much to help us with our Science and Geography topics. Take a look at some photos!

This week we took an imaginary journey on the ferry to Ireland. We have learnt about the physical and human features, key landmarks and even practiced saying some Irish phrases. Today we tried Irish dancing! Here are a few of the girls trying on Miss Cook’s solo dress.
