Today we were the scientists!! and we had an experiment with coffee, sugar, tea and rocks. You will never guess what we noticed today. We found out that everything else dissolves apart from rock because it is solid. We also used torches and mirrors and found out that when we used the torch on the mirror it shone and also did a reflection. We had so much fun being scientists!!

Today in plan, do and review the children decided to make pasta salad. They used different ingredients including pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, yellow and green peppers, carrots, tomato sauce, cheese and red onion that made the chefs cry! When they had finished preparing and making the pasta salad they sat down with their friends and ate it.
Some of the children celebrated Chinese New Year by making animal masks.

Today in Plan-Do-Review I made a Birthday Cake using clay. It felt very different from using Play Dough!! I also made 6 candles to put on top of my cake using the clay too. I had so much fun making this.
