In literacy today we worked in a team to perform a poem about an iguana. It was fun and exciting but it was hard to speak at the same time.

Every week you have homework which is related to topic. We have noticed that these children have put in some amazing effort, you have thought about how you will complete the activity, taken your time and above all presented your work neatly and in lots of different ways.

We wonder whether you can puts lots of effort into your work and earn a place in the hall of fame.

Today we visited the library, we learnt how the books are organised and to find a book using the ‘Dewey’ system.

We chose a book to take home and are really excited to read this and share with our families.

Today was a very exciting day because it was FUDGE when all of the Fathers, Uncles, Grandads and everyone else that well men.  In the start we read a book called Voices in the park !  We picked out and discussed the seasons, then we had to create our own park collage with our season choice using lots of different materials including tissue paper, cotton wool and many different other coloured paper. We really enjoyed having an otheradults in the classroom and sharing our activities and learning with them.

Today our dads, grandads, uncles and brothers came into school. We looked at seasons and read a story. After that we made a collage of our favourite seasons.
