For their science experiment y2 made boats using foil, paper and plastercine. They also tested their boats in water to see which boat can carry the most Lego people. Children predicted their results before testing.
Yesterday year 2 went on a fffffantastic trip to Aston Hall. The children got to show off all that they had learnt about The Great Fire Of London and learn lots of new facts.

The silly shopping trip
One day I went for a ride in my banana. I took my pet shoe so we could go shopping to buy some snails. Suddenly on the way to the shops I slipped on a snake and banged my head on a chair . When I woke up……..
I was in ham land, everything was made of ham! Then I walked up to the nearest tree because I wanted a nibble. The sky was made out of ham and the ground was made out of ham, I was confused……I went into one of the houses then I was turning into ham and everybody else was turning into ham! I did not know why, so quick as a flash I ran out of the house plus I went in a boat. I was rowing and rowing and rowing when suddenly it was silent. I was alone in the spooky, dark night. I was really petrified and confused. I did not know what was happening, when people cried they turned into ham! Then I went into one of the houses and I turned on the computer and typed the password. At last I went into the normal world.

Skeleton Adventure
The skeletons can see a fierce shark so they paddled and paddled then
they saw a ship they called help so the ship came. The pirates came and
they took the boat because they liked the boat. After that they saw a
shark again, so they got away from the pirates and they paddled from
the shark. They were very tired then they drank a can of coke because
they liked coke. The big skeleton said coke is unhealthy but that’s my favourite drink said little skeleton. Do not have a coke said big
skeleton, ok said little Skelton so then they went home.

I had a brilliant day at Weston Super Mare. Despite the nasty weather we still had a wonderful day!
My favourite part is when I and Medinah made a made loads of islands with one massive moat around islands.
If you want to improve you could have more pirates (different ones). Could you also have more games on the pier?

My favourite part was the donkeys because they were fast and it made you happy. I had my best smile. If you want to make Weston Super Mare better you can make lots of ice cream shops and put a bouncy castle for later. You are the best.
