This week we have been hard at work using our design skills. Over this half term we have learnt about animals from different continents -including their diets and environment. We used this knowledge to design and begin to create dioramas. Watch this space to see our finished products!

After our visit to the zoo, Year 1 learnt about caring for animals and keeping them safe. We had a special furry visitor for the day! We came up with lots of questions about how to care for pets.

The children had lots of fun competing in sports day!

All the the children worked as a team to complete each task.

Miss Peters’ group came 4th

Miss Sodhi’s group came 3rd

Miss Griffith’s group came 2nd

Mrs Matharu’s group were the champions and came 1st!!!
