WallWisher

Wallwisher is a free tool that allows you to create online walls.  Teachers need to visit http://www.wallwisher.com/build and create an account. Students simply double-click the wall and type in their  message or response on a virtual post it note.  A message is limited to 160 characters.  Here is a video that shows you how to get started with Wallwisher.

Once you have created your wall you can embed it to your blog by creating a hyperlink. We are unable to embed it any other way because the embed code that Wallwisher gives you has an iframe in it and unfortunately WordPress doesn’t accept it.

Click on the links and see the different  ways Wallwisher can be used in the classroom.

I  have created this wall today and posted it on the Year 3 blog. I’m looking forward to seeing what questions the children produce and if  they like using it.
