Reception’s story sticks

This week reception have been making story sticks. They made up their own stories and acted them out, they found different objects in the forest to help them remember their story and tied them to their story stick. After they had enjoyed their adventure they shared it with the group using the story sticks to help them remember what had happened.
Well done reception we really enjoyed hearing your stories! These are the children’s stories

One of the boy groups found a giant and a bean stalk and they used the climbing tree as their bean stalk. They then found the giant and took feathers from him. Once they had escaped they chopped the bean stalk down.

The girls found some magical animals on the field and played with them. They played music to them and sang to them.

Another group found a monster in their story and it was chasing them. They then found monster food and fed the monster to become friends.
