Springrolls

Today in cooking we made springrolls. Take a look at the recipe and try them at home.

ScrumptiousSpring rolls.

Ingredients:  bean sprouts                spring onions

                            peppers                          sweet corn

mushrooms carrot

filo pastry sheets melted butter

peas cabbage

soy sauce

Method:  Pre heat the oven to 190.

 1) Chop the peppers, mushrooms, and spring onions into small pieces and place into a large mixing bowl.

2) Grate the carrot and cabbage and add this to the bowl.

3) Add the bean sprouts to the vegetables too.

4) Add 2 teaspoonfuls of soy sauce and mix all these together.

5) Take 1 sheet of pastry and brush the edges with a little melted butter.

6) Place some of the filling on the bottom edge.

7) Roll the pastry carefully and fold in the edges as you go.

8) Place the finished spring roll on a baking tray and brush lightly with butter.

9) With an adult put these in the oven and bake for 15 minutes until golden.

Be careful they may be warm. Eat and enjoy!

      Ryan please check your comment in a sentebce if the letter ‘i’ is on it’s own it’s always a capital.You should of written…

    I didn’t like the spring rolls. I liked the pasta,pizza,smoothie and fruit salad.
