What a great way to end our final night at Edgmond!
Reflecting on our time here so far, followed by hot chocolate and songs around a roaring camp fire.
The children are having a great time but looking forward to seeing everyone at home tomorrow.

The children were challenged to follow their sense of touch and sound today, navigating themselves around a mini assault course whilst wearing blindfolds. They also played a game of blind football and pair orienteering. Team work was key and they worked so well together.
Miss Smart had a giggle watching this activity!

It was great fun today – fencing and archery with Mrs Bain’s group! 
A bit of bravery before dinner as the children test out the Edgmond Hall zip wire!
We’ve had an action-packed morning! First fencing, then aiming for the bullseye during archery. Great success for Jevarie and Afia.

What an adventurous morning for Mr Barton’s group – shooting arrows at targets during archery practice, followed by fencing.
Congratulations to the blue group who were the champions – en garde!
We’ve been working hard this morning after a good (ish!) night’s sleep.
A few team chores are certainly working up our appetite for breakfast.
Well done, the place looks sparkling! 
Woodland challenge accepted: create a study, waterproof shelter using only logs, leaves and mud!
Most of our shelters passed the dreaded watering can test and stood the weight of Geoff, our activities leader.
We even had a go at starting our own mini camp fires with a flint and steel.
Great fun!
