Today, Year 4 got dramatic in anticipation for their new topic ‘Lights, Camera, Action!’
We had a variety of activities throughout the morning. One of these included creating our own stage setting for a scene from a fairy tale.

The story
Wreck it Ralph lives in a machine in an arcade with lots of other machines.Ralph is fed up of good guy Fix it Felix because he always gets medals and Ralph gets thrown of the building into the mud. Ralph goes to the heros duty game to win his own medal, he gets into trouble and ends up in the game sugar rush. He meets Vanellope von schweets, a character thats a glitch. The bad guy king candy tries to stop Vanellope from racing, will she get to race or not…? Will ralph save the day?
The best bits and characters
The best bits were when Ralph goes to heros duty and shoots down the machine bugs to get to the medal at the top of the tower.
I think the best characters were fix it felix and wreck it ralph because they are funny and exciting.
Hit or miss?
It was a hit because it was suitable for all ages.

on The story line: An Ape lives with a human.The human creates a medicine for the Apes DNA.
The stars: James Franco,Freida Pinto,Jhon Lithgow,Brian cox, Tom Fleton and David Oyelow.
The best bits: The best bits are when Sessor the Ape is really cute and flexible.
Favorite character: My favorite character is the Ape sessor, because he is so clever.
Hit or miss? I will hit this movie because its about Apes.
Rating out of five: I would rate this movie 5/5 because it is interesting.

The story line: After the cave is destroyed, a caveman family must trek through a unfamilliar fantastical world with the help of an inventive boy.
Best bits: The best part was when Grug and the monkey were punching each other and then the Grandmother punches Grug and says ‘ Oh I am loving this’. That was my favorite part. It was also funny.
My favorite charecters are Epe, Belt and the Grandmother.
Any weak bits: No worst parts.
Hit or Miss: I will recommend this movie to people.
Rating: I will rate it 5/5 because the movie is really funny.

Bend it like Beckham
Teenager Jess does not want to end up with a boring life, she want’s to become a football player like David Beckham. So she joins a football team called Hounslow Harries without her parents finding out with the help of her new friend Jules. She goes to tournaments and her talent is discovered but needs to keep her parents happy by giving up football, attending her sisters wedding and becoming a successful solicitor. However her father is very understanding and allows Jess to follow her dream.
The best bits
My favourite bits are when Jess’ mum say’s who wants to cook Aloo Gobi? also when Jess is playing football in the kitchen while her mum is making food, also when the coach said where do you play and she said in the park but he meant which position.
Favourite characters
My favourite character is Jess’ mum because she is a traditional Asian mum who’s hilarious.
