Happy new year! Sorry we have not posted for a while because we have been too busy finishing off our superb films with Dom and have been too busy with exciting new term activities.
In numeracy this week we have learned about area and perimeter. Today we had to show what we know by designing our own theme park and it was really enjoyable.Through out the week we have been learning about area and perimeter.Area is the space inside a fence or a building.The perimeter is the length of the outside of a shape and all the sides added together.

I normaly go to sleep on new years day 12 o’clock when i have saw the fire works they keep on going until about 15 mini and i wotch thum on tv at night and also i cout down when they say 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 0 and then HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 😉 🙂 🙁 😐 :-0

I’ve been looking at what you’ve been up to in Year 4 – you are so lucky to have had a go at film making. We never did anything like that when I was in school.
I had an Auntie (she would be your Great Great Auntie Max!) who love ‘going to the movies’ as she called it, and when I stayed with her, she would buy me a Coke and we would sit in bed and she would tell me the whole story of the film from start to finish.
Films in those days were very glamorous, and all the kids would collect film star cards like you collect footballer cards.
