  1. Pasta and chicken

    My delicious and healthy recipe is here. It has lots of protein which is good for your muscles.

    Method:

    Cook chicken on the tray for 30 minutes.

    Put pasta and water in a pan and cook until done.

    Drain pasta and put in a bowl.

    Add butter to melt and add black pepper.

    Utensils
    Sauce pan
    Baking tray
    Spoon

    Ingredients:
    Chicken
    Pasta
    Butter
    Black pepper.

  2. My recipe is low in fat and sugar. It would make a delicious healthy swap for breakfast.

    1. Porrige oats

    2. Milk or water or the mixture of the two.

    3. Greek yogurt thinned with a little milk and clear honey, to serve.

    Put 50g porrige oats in a saucepan, pour in 350g milk or water and sprinkle in a pinch of salt. Bring to boil and simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring from time to time and watching carefully that it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan.

    Not got much time – you could also try to cook this in a microwave.

  3. My home work is about healthy recipes and I have made a fruit salad.

    This recipe is good for you because it is low in added sugar and has lots of vitamins.

    Ingredients:

    Strawberry ,banana ,Apple and orange

    Method
    Cut the fruit and put it in a bowl. Then it is done.

  4. Veg pasta

    Makes your mouth water when you eat it.

    Ingredients
    1. Red peppers
    2. Two tea spoons of olive oil
    3. One onion
    500g pasta.
    400g tomatoes

    Method

    Heat oil in a pan and add onion, peppers and carrot. Cook for ten minutes until soft.

    Add a can of tomatoes and simmer for 15 minutes.

    Boil pasta. When it is finished, drain, add sauce and serve immediately.

  5. How to make a kebab.

    You need skinless chicken breast, lemon, tsp oregano, garlic cloves, small yellow pepper

    Equipment: bamboo skewers, griddled pan

    Method: chop the chicken into small pieces. Peal stripes of the lemon, then juice the lemon. Chop the peppers. Heat the pan, put the chicken in with the lemon and peppers and cook. When it is done, take it out and get a stick. Put all the ingredients onto the stick to make a yummy kebab.

    This recipe has low sugar and fat .

    Ingredients:
    250g/90g pasta any shape
    150g and 1/2 chopped frozen vegetables
    50g cup tinned corn
    1/2 red pepper,chopped
    1.5 tsp olive oil
    1tsp of honey
    1/2 tsp dried mixed heroes cor oregano

    Equipment

    Bowl
    Pan
    Drainer
    Small jar

    Method
    Add the pasta shapes to a pan, boil water and cook according to the package instructions.
    2 four minutes before the end of cooking time add the frozen vegetables to the pan .
    3 drain the pasta under cold water for 30 seconds
    4 mix the peppers and the corn. Then add olive oil honey dried herbs and French mustard.

  7. Oven tomato soup

    You need tomatoes, onions and peppers.

    Cut the tomatoes first. Cut the peppers second. Then cut the onion.

    Put all ingredients into the bowl with 100ml of water and mix with a spoon.

    Put it in the oven for ten minutes.

    When it is done, dip bread in the healthy soup. It is definitely yum!
