On Friday 24th May between 9:30 and 11 am, two of our five butterflies hatched! They took a little while to dry out their wings then fed themselves on our home made nectar. Miss Samra released them a little while later. The other butterflies hatched on Saturday 25th May healthily. Sadly, one of the pupae didn’t hatch because it had died so Miss Samra buried it. I remember when we did this.It was so much fun , my favourite part was when we let the butterflies go. It was so beautiful!
