Miss Samra has been babysitting the pupae all through the half term holiday and they’ve been very well behaved! They gradually started to look darker as it came closer to hatching time and they finally started to hatch on Sunday 5th June. Maybe they were waiting for the nice warm weather? There’s still one pupa left so 2G can watch it hatching next week and release it to go and find food. Can you remember what butterflies search for when they’re hungry?
