Dear All,
thank you for your applications. If you applied but you are not on this term’s timetable you will be on next terms.
PALS please discuss the guidance with your class teacher so you are clear what you should do. I’m sure you will make a real difference to the children you support.

PALs applications
Thank you for your applications. 3S, 4K and 6M we still need yours. Councillors please bring them to School Council on Friday.
Student council will go through them on Friday and draw up time tables for next half term.
Zaynab and her team will be in touch with you very shortly to let you know when you are on PAL duty.
School Council aim 2: To make everyone feel welcome, especially new children.
All classes thought that these were the best ideas for making everyone feel welcome, especially children:
- Provide virtual and face to face school tours
- Play getting to know you games
- Have Welcome Buddies in every class
Please discuss your ideas for how we can make these 3 welcome ideas happen. What and who would you include in a tour? What getting to know you games do you know? How would a welcome buddy help?
Please share your ideas with at your class council meeting.

- Give up some of your play times
- Help to organise games and activities for the younger children
- Be responsible for handing out and collecting in play equipment
- Help make the playground a safe and happy place for everyone
- Complete a playground leader course
