Without You! By Kimran

Without you:

Without you I’m like,

A camel with no humps,

An aeroplane with no wings,

An elephant with no trunk.

Without you I’m like,

A frog with no lily pad,

A car with no engine,

A giraffe without a  long neck.

For whatever I do,

You always understand,

So imagine life without YOU!

The Lonely, Hideous Witch By Serena

Suddenly… CRASH!BANG! BOOM! Elektra the witch was jumping with rage because once again, someone had been mean to her about her looks. She had horrible, green skin with disgusting, hideous warts all over her face. She also had a nose as bumpy as a road and it was as long as a stick. Elektra had a disgusting appearance, but she was a kind-hearted witch.

“Oh, how I wish I had some friends because I am so lonely.” Elektra said while she  walked to her cauldron. Then she noticed that there was a black cat sitting next to the cauldron and it was staring at her.

“You could be my best friend.” Exclaimed Elektra. She got her spell book and added in some: perfume, flowers, sunlight and some rain. Then she said her spell and it went like this:’ Make magic, make anything.’  Suddenly… the cat came to life!

“Come on sit on my broomstick and we will go for a ride.” said Elektra, happily.

How Can I Get Emotions?

How can I get emotions?

How can I get happy, sad, angry or grumpy?

I’m like the scarecrow from ‘ The Wizard Of Oz ‘

I have no heart! I have no emotions.

I’ve put on creamy lotions.

I’ve even tried drinking toxic potions.

What ever I do, it just dosen’t work!

Let’s face it!

I HAVE NO EMOTIONS!

My Teacher Knows Me Well Sahar

I didn’t do my homework.
My teacher asked me, “Why?”
I answered him, “It’s much too hard.”
He said, “You didn’t try.”

I told him, “My dog ate it.”
He said, “You haven’t got a dog.”
I told him, “I went out running.”
He answered back, “You never run.”

I told him, “I had chores to do.”
He said, “You watched TV.”
I said, “I saw the doctor.”
He said, “When you watched soccer with me?”

My teacher sees my fibs,
which makes me very sad.
It’s hard to fool the teacher
when the teacher is your dad.

Queen of the stories By Niamh

Imagine a book that you couldn’t bear to put down, imagine a book where every character seemed so real it was as if you were talking to them, imagine never wanting to get to the end of the book: well that’s how I feel about Jacqueline Wilson’s books. I find her books so engrossing that I can’t stop reading them. My dream has always been to meet Jacqueline Wilson herself, she inspires me to read and write stories.

This is Jacqueline Wilson and she is 64 years old and has been writing for 55 years!

She has wrote books such as; Candyfloss, Double act, Tracy Beaker (which has been turned into a T.V series), Midnight, The Werepuppy, Lola Rose, The Illustrated Mum and much, much more.
